Objective
This article explains how to connect your Outlook calendar to PSOhub so that your calendar events are automatically retrieved in your Timesheet, reducing the time you spend logging hours manually.
Prerequisites
✅ You must have an active Microsoft Outlook account.
✅ You must be logged in to PSOhub.
Steps
- Open your profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Navigate to the Marketplace tab.
- Select the Microsoft account you want to connect.
- Enter your password and sign in.
- Click Accept to allow PSOhub to read your calendar.
- A confirmation message appears, indicating that your calendar is connected.
Result
Your Outlook calendar is connected to PSOhub. Calendar events for the current week are retrieved automatically and appear in your Timesheet. PSOhub updates this information daily for the duration of the current week.
⚠️ Important: Make sure the time zone in your Outlook account matches the time zone set in your PSOhub profile. A mismatch will cause events to appear at the wrong times in your Timesheet.
Troubleshooting
My calendar events are not appearing in my Timesheet.
Check that your Outlook account is still connected under Profile > Marketplace. If the connection has expired, repeat the steps above to reconnect.
Events are showing at the wrong time.
Verify that the time zone in your Outlook account matches the time zone set in your PSOhub profile. Go to Profile > Personal Information to review and update your PSOhub time zone setting.
I do not see a Marketplace tab.
Contact your PSOhub administrator to confirm that the Outlook integration is enabled for your organization.

Which calendar events are retrieved from Outlook?
PSOhub retrieves all calendar events from the current week. Only events from your connected Outlook account are included.
Can I connect multiple Outlook accounts?
You can connect one Outlook account per PSOhub user profile. To switch accounts, disconnect the existing account from the Marketplace tab and repeat the connection steps with the new account.
Does PSOhub import events from past weeks automatically?
No. PSOhub only retrieves the current week's events and updates daily. Events from previous weeks are not imported retroactively.
