How to Track Time in PSOhub Using the Chrome Extension

Objective
This article explains how to use the Chrome extension to track time in PSOhub. By the end, you will be able to install the extension, start a timer from your browser, and save completed time entries to your timesheet.
Prerequisites
✅ You must have an active PSOhub account.✅ You must be using Google Chrome as your browser.
✅ At least one project with an active contract line must exist in PSOhub.
Install the Chrome extension
- Find the extension here: Time Tracker Extension for Google Chrome and click Add to Chrome.
- Once installed, a new PSOhub icon appears in the top-right corner of your browser.
- Click the PSOhub icon and log in with your PSOhub credentials.
💡 Tip: If the icon is not visible, click the jigsaw puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar and pin the PSOhub extension so it is always accessible.
Track time using the extension
- Click the PSOhub icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the extension. You may have to Login to your PSOhub account.
- Enter a description for the time entry in the Description field.
- Tap Click here to select a project.
- Select the Project, Line ID, and Role for this time entry.
- Click Save to confirm the selection.
- Click Start timer to begin tracking time.
📌 Note: All three fields — Project, Line ID, and Role — must be selected before you can start the timer.
An active timer indicator appears in the extension. You can continue working in your browser while the timer runs.
Stop and save a time entry
- Click the PSOhub icon in your Chrome toolbar.
- Click Stop to stop the timer.
The time entry is saved and added to your timesheet automatically.
📌 Note: If you forget to stop the timer, it will automatically stop after 8 hours and save the entry for that duration. You can modify the entry afterward if needed.
Result
The time entry is saved to your PSOhub timesheet, linked to the selected project and contract line. You can view and edit the entry from your timesheet at any time.
Troubleshooting
The PSOhub icon is not visible in my Chrome toolbar.
Click the jigsaw puzzle icon in your toolbar, find PSOhub in the list, and click the pin icon to make it permanently visible.
I cannot start the timer.
Check that you have selected a Project, Line ID, and Role. All three fields are required before the Start timer button becomes active.
My time entry was saved with the wrong duration.
If the timer ran longer than intended, open your timesheet in PSOhub and edit the entry to correct the start and end times.
