How to Book Time in the Timesheet Grid
Use the grid view to quickly enter and manage your weekly hours.

Objective
This article explains how to record hours for projects, internal work, or absences using the Timesheet Grid.
Prerequisites
✅Your user account is active in PSOhub.
✅You are assigned to at least one project or task.
✅ The project stage is not set to closed.
Steps

Navigate to Time & Expenses > My Timesheets > Grid.

Click Add new line.

Select Project for customer-related work.

Select Internal for non-billable internal work.

Select Absence or Holiday to log time off.

Choose the Customer, Project, Line ID, and Task (if applicable) from the dropdown menus.

Select the relevant Project role to define the rate for the entry.

Click Create.

Click the field corresponding to the correct day of the week.

Enter the number of hours worked.

Click the black comment icon to enter a Description or Internal note.

Click Save.
💡 Tip: Click Retrieve Planning to import planned hours from active projects for the current week.
💡 Tip: Click Copy previous week to duplicate entries and descriptions from the previous week.
Result
The system records your hours against the selected project, internal activity, or absence category. Your weekly totals update automatically to reflect the saved entries.
Troubleshooting

Cannot modify entries: You cannot change time entries for projects that are closed or hours that have been invoiced.

Project not visible: Ensure you are assigned to the project team and the project is active.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will internal notes appear on my invoices? No, internal notes are for internal record-keeping and do not appear on invoice specification pages.
Do I need to select a role for holidays? No, when you select Holiday or Absence, you do not need to select a project or project role.
