How to Set Up the Retrieval of Your Google Calendar

Objective

This article explains how to connect your Google Calendar to PSOhub so that calendar events are automatically retrieved and displayed in your timesheet.

Prerequisites

✅You have a PSOhub user account.

✅You have a Google account with an active calendar.

Steps

Open your profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
Navigate to the Marketplace tab.
Locate the Google Calendar integration and click to connect.
Select the Google account you want to connect to PSOhub.
Enter your Google password and sign in.
Click Continue to allow PSOhub to access your calendar.
A confirmation message appears indicating your calendar is now connected.

📌 Note: PSOhub only retrieves events for the current week. The calendar is updated once per day for the duration of that week.

Result

Your Google Calendar is connected to PSOhub. Calendar events for the current week are visible in your timesheet and refresh automatically each day.

Troubleshooting

My calendar events are not appearing in my timesheet.
Calendar data is refreshed once per day. If you connected your calendar today, events will appear the following day. If events are still missing after 24 hours, disconnect and reconnect your calendar via the Marketplace tab under your Profile.

I am not seeing the Google Calendar option in the Marketplace tab.
This integration may not be enabled for your organization. Contact your PSOhub Admin to check whether the Google Calendar integration is active in your organization's settings.

I connected the wrong Google account.
Disconnect the existing connection in the Marketplace tab, then follow the steps above to connect the correct account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which calendar events does PSOhub retrieve?
PSOhub retrieves events from the current week only. Past and future weeks are not included.

Does connecting Google Calendar automatically create time entries?
No. Calendar events appear in your timesheet as suggestions. You must confirm or book them as time entries manually.

Can I connect both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar at the same time?
This depends on your organization's integration settings. Contact your PSOhub Admin to confirm which integrations are available to you.
