How to Book Expenses from Your Phone in PSOhub

Objective

This article explains how to use the PSOhub mobile app to book expenses on your phone. You will learn how to create an expense entry, categorize it, and attach a receipt directly from your mobile device.

Prerequisites

You have an active PSOhub account.

You have been assigned to at least one project in PSOhub with an expense contract line

Steps

  1. Open your mobile browser and go to www.psohubapp.com, then sign in.
  2. Tap the Menu button, then tap Expenses.
  3. The My expenses page opens. Tap the + button to create a new expense entry.
  4. Fill the relevant fields.
  5. Tap Save.

Result

The expense entry is created and appears in your My expenses list. It is also visible in the project under Expenses.

Troubleshooting

The Line ID field shows no options.
Contract lines may not be configured for the selected project, or the relevant lines may be inactive. Ask your Admin or Project Manager to review the contract setup.

My expense is not appearing after saving.
Refresh the page or check your internet connection. The mobile app requires an active connection to submit and display entries.

Yes. The PSOhub mobile app is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) accessible from any modern mobile browser. No installation is required. Go to www.psohubapp.com and sign in.

Can I book an expense on behalf of another user?
Yes, if you have the appropriate permissions. Select the relevant user in the Resource field when completing the expense entry form.
