Objective

This article explains how to use the PSOhub mobile app to book time on your phone. You will learn how to navigate your projects and log a time entry from any mobile device.

Prerequisites

✅ You have an active PSOhub account.

✅ You have been assigned to at least one project in PSOhub.

Book time on a project

Open your mobile browser and go to www.psohubapp.com, then sign in.
Tap Hours, then tap the + button.
If you are assigned to tasks, choose whether to register time on a Task or directly on a Project.
Tap Book time. The time entry form opens.
Fill the relevant fields
Tap Save.

Result

The time entry is created and appears in the All hours list.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see the project I need to book time on.
The project may not be active, or you may not be assigned as a project member. Ask your project manager to confirm your project membership and check that the project is in an active stage.

The Line ID field shows no options.
Contract lines may not be configured for the selected project, or the relevant lines may be inactive. Ask your Admin or Project Manager to review the contract setup.

My time entry is not appearing after saving.
Refresh the page or check your internet connection. The mobile app requires an active connection to submit and display entries.

Can I use the mobile app on any device?
Yes. The PSOhub mobile app is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) accessible from any modern mobile browser. No installation is required. Go to www.psohubapp.com and sign in.

Can I book time on behalf of another user?
Yes, if you have the appropriate permissions. Select the relevant user in the Resource field when completing the time entry form.
