This article explains how to prepare a project manager one-to-one with Claude or ChatGPT. You see the three projects that most need attention, and one thing that goes well.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:
  2.    Look at the active projects of [project manager]. Pick the three that most need a conversation. Judge on billing against progress, hours against budget and overdue work. Show them in one table: project, key figures and one line on why. Then one line on what is going well.

       Link every project to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  3. Replace [project manager] with the name of the project manager.
  4. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

Result

You get one table with the three projects that most need a conversation, their key figures and the reason for each. It ends with one line on what is going well.
