Objectives

This article explains how to see all tasks due this week on the projects you manage, with Claude or ChatGPT. You get everything due in the next seven days in one table.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:

       What is due in the next 7 days on the projects I manage? Show tasks and milestones in one table, grouped by project, with the columns project, due date, task or milestone, and owner.

       Keep it short and link every project and person to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  2. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

📌 Note: Tasks and milestones need a due date and an owner.

Result

One table with every task and milestone due in the next seven days, grouped by project, with the due date and who owns it.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • Which of these are already late?
  • Who has the most due this week?
  • Show the same for next week.
