Objectives
This article explains how to see the hours per person on a project with Claude or ChatGPT. You see who booked hours on one of your projects in the last seven days, and how that compares with the week before.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.
See How to Connect Claude to PSOhub or How to Connect ChatGPT to PSOhub.
Steps
-
Copy the prompt exactly as written:
Who booked hours on [PROJECT NAME or full project number, for example PRJ-2026-286] in the last 7 days, and how many? Compare with the week before, in one table.
Keep it short and link the project and people to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Replace [PROJECT NAME or full project number] with your own project.
- Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
📌 Note: Hours need to be booked on the project.
Result
One table with each person who booked hours on the project, their hours in the last seven days and in the week before.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Which tasks did they book on?
- Who is planned on this project but booked nothing?
- Show the last four weeks.
