How to Remove a Team Lead from a Business Unit

Objective

This article explains how to remove a Team Lead from a Business Unit in PSOhub and reassign that user to a different Business Unit.

Prerequisites

You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.

The Business Unit and its current Team Lead must already be set up.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Business Units.
  2. Click Approval Configurator. 
  3. Find the Business Unit you want to remove the Team Lead from and click the x beside the Team Lead's name.
  4. Close out of Approval Configurator. Changes are automatically saved.
  5. Open the Business Unit and click the user's name.
  6. Use the Business Unit drop-down to select a different Business Unit for the user. 

Result

The user is no longer listed as Team Lead on the Business Unit's Approval Configurator, and they're reassigned to the Business Unit you selected.
