Objective
This article explains how to mass import companies into PSOhub using the Excel import template. Use this process to create or update multiple company records at once without manual data entry.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.
Your company import file must be prepared and ready to upload.

Steps

Navigate to Customers and select Companies.
- Click Import.
- In the Select Import Source window, click PSOhub.
- Click inside the Click here to upload your .xlsx file box and select your completed import file.
- Review the data in the preview grid. You can modify individual fields or delete rows before confirming.
- Click Create or update companies from imported data.
- Review the confirmation message and click Proceed.
- Click OK to complete the import.
💡 Tip: Before importing your full file, test with a small selection of rows first — typically 3 to 5 companies. This lets you verify that the data imports correctly before committing to the full dataset.
Result
Your companies are created or updated in PSOhub. They will appear immediately in the Companies list.
If PSOhub recognizes an existing company by name, it will update the record rather than create a duplicate. If the company name is new, a new company record is created.
