The plan shareable link will allow you to give your clients access to a specific plan without any access to the project and in read mode only.
Choose from the menu Plans:
In the All Plans grid, click on the desired plan from the All or Favorites tab. In the opened plan, click on the ellipsis button and select Show shareable link:
PSOhub will open up the following dialog box, where you will be able to click Copy to copy the link to this plan and email it to your client or other external stakeholder:
If you want to remove guest access to the plan, simply come back here and click the Remove guest link button.
When your client clicks on the link, a secure version of the plan will be displayed with no access to the project, team members, kanban, conversations or files:
Alternatively, in your project, you can go directly to your project's Tasks tab and click Open plan.
There, you can click the ellipsis button from the List, Grid or Plan view and select Show shareable link:
