Understanding mass import of companies
In order to import companies you need to use the template below which comes with example data to illustrate how to populate the columns.
How to import companies?
Navigate to Contacts and then select Companies:
In the Companies overview, click on the Import button:
When selecting Import you will see the following screen. To upload your .xlsx file, click in the dotted rectangle.
Once you upload the file, PSOhub will display all the details of your data allowing you to make a final validation of the data and delete, should you need to, one or more records.
To process the imported data, click the corresponding button:
In the next pop up window, click Proceed
Once the data is processed, the following message will be displayed:
When you click OK, close the pop up window and navigate to the Company overview to see your newly created or updated records.
