This article explains how to use Agentic AI Scheduling in PSOhub to identify available team members and assign them to projects based on their availability, workload, and skills.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin or Project Manager access in PSOhub. Resources must already be set up with roles, skills, and working hours in PSOhub.
What is Agentic AI Scheduling?
Agentic AI Scheduling is the AI-powered resource planning assistant built into PSOhub. It helps you make faster, more accurate scheduling decisions by surfacing the right team members for each role based on real-time data across your organization.
With Agentic AI Scheduling you can:
- Quickly identify available, overutilized, and underutilized team members
- Match team members to tasks based on required hours, roles, and skills
- Avoid overscheduling and burnout across your team
- Plan across multiple active projects with full workload visibility
Steps
- Open the project you want to schedule resources for.
- Navigate to the Resource Planning tab.
- Add the required hours, role, and any skill requirements for the task or phase you want to schedule.
- Agentic AI automatically generates suggestions for the most suitable team members based on availability, workload, and skills.
- Review the suggestions.
- Click to assign the recommended team member.
What Agentic AI Considers When Making Suggestions

Result
