How to Copy & Delete a Plan Template in PSOhub

Objective

This article explains how to copy and delete a plan template in PSOhub.

Prerequisites

Eligible access
        You must have Admin or Project Manager access in PSOhub.
 
Pre-existing template
        A plan template must already exist in PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the main menu.
  2. Select Templates.
  3. Click on the Plan tab.
  4. Select the plan template you want to modify. 
  5. Click the ellipsis (⋯) button in the top-right corner of the template. The following options appear: Duplicate template, Delete template, and Plan template team.

To Duplicate the Plan Template

  1. Click Duplicate template to create a copy of the template.
  2. A confirmation dialogue box appears. Click Proceed.
  3. The Duplicate Plan Template dialogue box appears. The prefix Copy of is added by default to the new template's name.
  4. Edit the Plan Name if desired and select the Currency. 
  5. Click Save. 
  6. The Template created dialogue box appears. Select Continue in the current plan or Take me to the template!

To Delete the Plan Template

  1. Click Delete and confirm when prompted.

🚨 Warning: Deleting a plan template is permanent and cannot be undone. Existing                      projects created from this template are not affected.

To View the Template Team

  1. Click Plan template team to view the team members associated with this plan template.

 📌 Note: Users can be added or removed from the plan template team by adding or                     removing them from a task.

Result

Changes to the template take effect immediately and apply to all future projects created from it. Existing projects created from this template are not affected.
