How to Move, Copy & Delete tasks in a PSOhub Project Plan

Objective

This article explains how to select tasks in a project plan and move them to another task list or plan, copy them, delete them, or clear the selection.

Select Tasks

Steps

1. Open the project in PSOhub and click the Tasks tab.
2. Select the tasks you want to modify by clicking the checkbox located to the far left of each task row. The Tasks selected toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen, showing the number of tasks selected. 

Move Tasks

Steps

1. Click Move in the Tasks selected toolbar.
2. Select the destination Plan and Task list.
3. Click Save.

Copy Tasks

Steps

1. Click Copy in the Tasks selected toolbar.
2. Select the destination Plan and Task list. Leave the Task List field blank to copy to the task's current task list.
3. Click Save.

Delete Tasks

Steps

1. Click Delete in the Tasks selected toolbar.
2. Click Proceed to confirm the deletion.

Clear Selection

To deselect all currently selected tasks without making any changes, click Clear selection in the Tasks selected toolbar.

Result

Moved tasks appear in the destination task list and are removed from their original location. Copied tasks appear in the destination task list while the originals remain unchanged. Deleted tasks are permanently removed from the plan.
