Objective
This article explains how to generate a shareable link to a project plan and Gantt chart in PSOhub, send it to a client, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Prerequisites
Eligible access
You must have Admin or Project Manager access in PSOhub.
Project set up with tasks
The project plan must already exist in PSOhub.
How to Create and Share the Link
Steps
- Open the project in PSOhub.
- Navigate to the Tasks tab.
- Click the ellipsis (⋯) button.
- Select Create Shareable Link from the drop-down menu. A dialog box appears.
- Click Copy to copy the link to your clipboard.
- Send the link to your client via email or your preferred communication method.
📌 Note: The link gives your client read-only access to the plan and its Gantt chart. They will not have access to the project or any other project data.
How to Remove Client Access
Steps
- To deactivate the link, return to the same project and click the ellipsis (⋯) button in the Tasks tab.
- Click Remove guest link. The link is deactivated immediately. Any attempt by the client to open the link will no longer work.
Result
The client can view the plan and Gantt chart in their browser in read-only mode. They cannot edit tasks, modify dates, or access any other part of the project. When access is no longer needed, removing the guest link instantly revokes it.
