Objective

This article explains how to find where hours and timesheet approvals get stuck, with Claude or ChatGPT. You see the people who are behind with booking hours and the approvals that are waiting, ranked by the hours involved.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:
  2.    Where do hours and approvals get stuck in our organisation?

       Show who is behind with booking hours over the last [4] weeks, against their capacity, and by how many hours. Then the hours waiting for approval: how many, with whom, and how long the oldest has waited. Show per business unit whether approval is switched on at all.

       Rank people and approvers by the hours involved.

       Show this as a dashboard: a header with the scope and date, a one-line verdict with three to five key figures, the findings ranked worst first with the reason and the amount, a table with the rest, what this answer could not see, and three actions with an owner. Use a single HTML page if you can show one, otherwise the same blocks as formatted text. Link every project, customer, person and invoice to PSOhub.

Result

You get a dashboard with who is behind with booking and by how much, and the hours waiting for approval and with whom. It also shows per business unit whether approval is switched on.
