Objectives

This article explains how to check the project health of all your active projects with Claude or ChatGPT. Your projects are ranked by how much attention they need this week, each with the signal that put it on the list and what to do about it

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.
See How to Connect Claude to PSOhub or How to Connect ChatGPT to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written:
  2.    Rank my active projects by how much attention they need this week.

Use these signals and say which one put each project on the list: a contract line over budget, a milestone or task overdue, no hours booked in [14] days on a running project, work planned this month with nobody on it, WIP piling up, or the expected end date passed.

One line per project: why it is there and what to do. Put the projects that are fine at the bottom, one line each. End with the one project to deal with today.

Show this as a dashboard: a header with the scope and date, a one-line verdict with three to five key figures, the findings ranked worst first with the reason and the amount, a table with the rest, what this answer could not see, and three actions with an owner. Use a single HTML page if you can show one, otherwise the same blocks as formatted text. Link every project, customer, person and invoice to PSOhub.

  3. Optional: change [14] to any number of days.
  4. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

Result

You get a dashboard that ranks your projects by how much attention they need, with the signal behind each one, what to do, and the one project to deal with today. It also says what the answer could not see, for example projects without an end date.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • Show only the projects nobody booked on.
  • Which of these were fine last week?
  • What does my week look like across all of them?
