How to Configure Kanban Lanes in PSOhub

Objective

This article explains how to configure Kanban lanes in PSOhub so that the Kanban board reflects your team's workflow stages and task progression.

Prerequisites

You must have Admin user access in PSOhub.

What are Kanban lanes?

Kanban lanes are the columns displayed on the Kanban board view in PSOhub. Each lane represents a stage in your workflow — for example, To Do, In Progress, and Done. Tasks move between lanes as work progresses, giving your team a visual overview of where every task stands.

Configuring Kanban lanes allows you to define the stages that match your organization's or project's specific workflow.

Steps

  1. Click the Gear icon in the main menu to open Settings.
  2. Click Project Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Kanban Lanes tab.
  4. Click Add Lane to create a new lane.
  5. Enter a name for the lane (for example, In Review or Blocked).
  6. Set the order of the lane by adjusting its position in the list.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat these steps to add as many lanes as needed to reflect your workflow.

Modify or delete a lane

To modify an existing lane, click the lane name, update the details, and click Save.

To delete a lane, select the lane and click Delete. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

📌 Note: Deleting a lane may affect tasks currently assigned to that lane. Reassign tasks              to a different lane before deleting.

Result

Your configured Kanban lanes are available across PSOhub and appear as columns on the Kanban board view in project plans. Team members can move tasks between lanes as work progresses.
