Objective
This article explains how to upload files and add a link to a project in PSOhub, so your project team can store and share documents and reference material in one place.
Prerequisites
You must have access to the project you want to add files or links to.
If you can't upload files, check your access level in Settings > User Management.
Steps
Upload a file
- Open the project in PSOhub and select the Tasks tab.
- Click on the corresponding task to upload your file. The Task dialog box appears.
- In the right-hand pane, click on the Activity tab.
- Click Add file.
- Upload your file. Click Save.
- Click Save in the Task dialog box. Your file is now attached to the project task and accessible for all those with access to the project.
Add a link
- Open the project in PSOhub and select the Tasks tab.
- Click on the corresponding task to upload your file. The Task dialog box appears.
- In the right-hand pane, click on the Activity tab.
- Click Add link.
- Enter the name and URL. Click Save.
- Click Save in the Task dialog box. Your link is now attached to the project task and accessible for all those with access to the project.
Result
Uploaded files and added links are now available in the project's Files tab for your team to view and download. External links are marked (external) to distinguish them from uploaded documents.
