Objective

This article explains how to see team member hours for last month with Claude or ChatGPT. You see what one person worked on, per project and customer, as facts for a conversation.

Prerequisites

The MCP connector is active on your organization. 
        An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.

Your AI assistant is connected.
        Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps

  1. Copy the prompt exactly as written: 
       What did [name] work on last month? Hours per project and customer, billable against non-billable, in one table. Facts only, no judgement.

       Keep it short and link every project and customer to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it.

     

  2. Replace [name] with the person's name.
  3. Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.

Result

You get one table with that person's hours last month per project and customer, split into billable and non-billable. It shows only the facts, with no judgement.

💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:

  • How does this compare with the month before?
  • What did the non-billable hours go to?
  • Show the same for the whole quarter.
