Objective
This article explains how to find new overdue invoices with Claude or ChatGPT. You catch new late payments while they are still fresh.
Prerequisites
The MCP connector is active on your organization.
An Admin has enabled the MCP connector for your organization.
Your AI assistant is connected.
Your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) should be connected to PSOhub.

Steps
- Copy the prompt exactly as written:
Did everyone in [team] book their hours last week? Per person, in one table: booked hours against capacity. Only show the people who are more than 4 hours short.
Link every person to PSOhub. If something in the data looks off and I can correct it in PSOhub, mention it in one line at the end, without investigating it. - Replace [team] with the name of your team or business unit.
- Paste the prompt into Claude or ChatGPT and send it.
Result
You get one table with only the people who are more than four hours short. For each person, it shows their booked hours against their capacity.
💡 Tip: Ask a follow-up question, for example:
- Draft a friendly reminder for these people.
- Who was also short the week before?
- Show the whole team, not only who is short.
