Objective

This article explains how to use My Scheduler in PSOhub to create, reschedule, and delete your own events — including project activities, absences, holidays, and public holidays.

Prerequisites

You must have an active PSOhub user account.

To book a project event, the project must already exist in PSOhub

To sync events with your external calendar, PSOhub must be integrated with Outlook              or Google Calendar.

Schedule an event

Steps

  1. Navigate to Time & Expenses and select My Scheduler
  2. In the calendar view, click Create — or click directly on the day you want to schedule the event. The New event panel opens.
  3. Complete the event fields.
  4. If you selected Project as the event type, complete the additional project fields that appear:
  5. Click Save.

💡 Tip: For project events, click Save & Send Invite to also send an .ics calendar file to                  your email. You can add it directly to Outlook or Google Calendar.

Reschedule an event

Steps

  1. In My Scheduler, double-click the event you want to reschedule.
  2. Update the relevant fields — such as Start, End, or Event details.
  3. Click Save or Save & Send Invite.

⚠️ Important: Rescheduling does not modify the original calendar invite. A new invite is              sent, and you will need to delete the original from your Outlook or Google Calendar                and accept the new one.

Delete an event

Steps

  1. Double-click the event you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Proceed. The event is removed from My Scheduler.

⚠️ Important: Deleting an event in PSOhub does not automatically remove it from your              Outlook or Google Calendar. Delete the event from your external calendar separately.

Result

Your events are saved in My Scheduler and visible in your calendar view. Project events are automatically linked to the relevant project and contract line. If PSOhub is integrated with your external calendar, project events sync to your Timesheet Calendar and hours are logged automatically.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find a project when creating a project event.
You can only select projects you are a member of. Ask your Project Manager to add you to the project first.

My rescheduled event is not showing the updated time in Outlook or Google Calendar. Rescheduling creates a new invite rather than updating the original. Delete the original calendar entry and accept the new invite you received by email.

I did not receive an .ics invite after clicking Save & Send Invite.
Check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, confirm that your email address is correctly configured in your PSOhub user profile.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I schedule an event on behalf of another resource?
No. My Scheduler is for scheduling your own events only. Project Managers can schedule events on behalf of resources from the Resource Planning module.

Does scheduling a project event automatically log time against the project?
Yes — but only when PSOhub is integrated with Outlook or Google Calendar. The Timesheet Calendar syncs the event and logs the hours against the linked project, absence, holiday, or public holiday.

Can I create a recurring event in My Scheduler?
Recurring events are not currently supported in My Scheduler. Each event must be created individually.
