Introduction

My Timesheets is your personal time tracking workspace in PSOhub. It is where you record the hours you spend on customer projects and internal work.

PSOhub offers two ways to track your time inside My Timesheets — the Grid view for fast weekly entry, and the Calendar view for visual, drag-and-drop time blocking. Both views save into the same timesheet, so you can switch between them depending on how you prefer to work.

Accurate time tracking ensures your effort is reflected in project budgets, resource utilization, and invoicing. This hub article points you to the right resources to get started in either view.

Track Time Using the Grid

The Grid view is the fastest way to log a full week of hours across multiple projects. Add a new line for each project or task, then enter your hours per day.

You can also retrieve planned hours from active projects or copy entries from the previous week to save time.

The Calendar view lets you create time entries by clicking and dragging across time slots, similar to how you would in Outlook or Google Calendar. You can also connect your external calendar to pull in existing appointments and convert them into time entries.

What Happens Next

Once your hours are logged in My Timesheets, they flow into the next stages of the PSOhub workflow. Your time entries are picked up for approval by your project manager and admin, contribute to project budgets and resource utilization, and become available for invoicing on customer-facing work.

The more accurately and consistently you log your time, the better the data your team has to plan, deliver, and bill projects.
